Terms & Conditions:

1. Fresh Growcer’s Goods will only be delivered within a 6km radius from 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

2. The Delivery period will be arranged upon shopper’s order placement. The Delivery hours for Fresh Growcer’s Goods are from 11:00am to 6:00pm daily.

(i). Any orders placed between 11:00am to 6:00pm, the orders will be fulfilled on the same day within 3 hours.

(ii). For any orders placed before 11:00am, it will be delivered to shoppers after 11:00am and to reach to shopper’s doorstep within 3 hours.

(iii). For any orders placed after 6:00pm, it will be fulfilled on the next day after 11:00am and to reach to shopper’s doorstep within 3 hours.

3. Fresh Growcer’s Goods are not applicable for cancellation, return, refund and exchange. Shoppers are advised to check your Goods upon delivery.
