1. Please show this email to the store manager/staff at the redeemable branch

2. With your permission, the store manager/staff will be pressing on the 'REDEEM' button and key in the branch code

3. Successful redemption!

Terms & Conditions:

1. Valid for TWO (2) MONTHS from the date of issuance. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

2. The purchased packages will be inserted into individual ONECARD as e-vouchers.

3. For Weekdays packages, the vouchers are applicable on Weekdays only, top-ups will be imposed for redemption on Weekends.

4. For Weekends packages, the vouchers are applicable on Weekends only, no refunds will be entertained for redemption on weekdays.

5. The vouchers purchased are not transferable.
